About Me
Hi, I'm Jenie.
Registered Nurse and Transformational Wellness Coach.
I am passionate about your health and well-being. Working at the bedside for these many years, I see that our current health care system is failing us, and isn't enough. This has pushed me to bring more than what the conventional model offers.
I bring experience from all facets of life as a RN, Coach, Yoga instructor, Retreat host, Wife, Mom, and adventurer - to co-create the healthy lifestyle you envision for yourself.
By exploring together with a holistic view, taking a whole-person approach, clients are empowered to make incremental changes that lead to healing from the inside out.
I help women gain freedom from anxiety and overwhelm, mindfulness around lifestyle changes, and help them have peace of mind, as they discover their inner power and ignite their inner strengths.
